In 2025, we went deep on Forestal Río Aquidabán (Paraguay) and shared what we usually only discuss in diligence calls: the on-the-ground work.

In 2026, we’re widening the lens.

Because we wouldn’t be “Global” Woods if we only stayed in one geography…

Here’s our editorial promise for 2026:
We’ll publish field-based insights on how climate mitigation, sustainable agriculture, and local ecological + social outcomes are actually built by us and how we document them.

Two chapters we’ll tell you more about this year (teasers for now, details when we can share them responsibly):

🌲 Patagonia Verde (Argentina): rebuilding forest cover in a transition zone between the Andes and Patagonian grasslands through silvopastoral agroforestry with merino sheep, designed to restore degraded land, reduce wind erosion, and support local livelihoods.

🔥 PrimeBiochar (Uganda): where our working hypothesis is simple: engineered removals only scale with real feedstock governance and soil value on the ground.

If you’re sourcing carbon removals in 2026 and your internal scrutiny is increasing, we’re gonna share the on-the-ground outcomes with you: ecological indicators, farming resilience, and social co-benefits.

Follow along for field notes in 2026!
