Biodiversity is essential for life on Earth, providing stability to ecosystems and sustaining livelihoods. However, human activities have led to severe biodiversity loss, putting ecosystems at risk. Despite the urgent need for restoration, funding for ecosystem recovery and biodiversity hotspots remains critically insufficient.
To address this gap, biodiversity credits were recognized at the UN Biodiversity Conference in Montreal (Kunming-Montreal Agreement) as a key solution to mobilize private sector funding for conservation. These credits enable businesses to take responsibility and actively contribute to restoring nature.
By leveraging private sector investments, we align with this global framework, helping to restore ecological balance, protect biodiversity, and support farmers who implement these restoration measures on their land.
