Alessa will join our team as a Project Manager in the areas of Sales and Marketing & Communication. She brings valuable experience in researching the fair and effective implementation of Carbon Dioxide Removal, and translating complex climate topics into accessible communication formats. Her academic background is in environmental governance and resource efficiency with a focus on sustainable land use, climate policy and carbon markets.
Her ability to bridge knowledge gaps and engage stakeholders—gained through her work in stakeholder workshops, where she explored the political and ethical aspects of nature-based CDR methods and developed educational concepts—will be invaluable in her new role. She will help position our climate projects, strengthen outreach strategies, and contribute to transparent and impactful communication in the growing market for high-quality carbon credits .
